Suzy Melson – General Manager

As a guest at the 50th Birthday party for the company owner, Suzy was convinced to move to Colorado and join the team. And although she has only been with the company for two years now, Suzy seems like she has been a part of the group for much longer than that. She credits the "foodie" in her for the 29 year run in the restaurant industry. Suzy enjoys the interaction with guests and serving great food in a great atmosphere.

Jonathan Hyatt - Restaurant Manager

Jonathan, better to known to all as simply Hyatt, came to the company as a bartender at the opening of the Vail Blue Moose. In his two year history with the company Hyatt quickly worked his way through the ranks, first becoming a bar manager and more recently taking on the role of restaurant manager. With an enjoyment for meeting people from all over the world and all walks of life, Hyatt is a perfect fit at the Vail Blue Moose and is an integral part of the team there.

Cameron Lowe – Restaurant Manager

Though the newest member of the Blue Moose management team, having been with the company for only one year, Cameron has been in the Vail Valley for several years. Cameron likes the restaurant business in a resort community because she enjoys having the opportunity to help create a great vacation experience for guests. With her knowledge of the Valley and her welcoming service at the restaurant she easily accomplishes this aim on a daily basis.
